Nikki Nandrasy is the founder and creative director of NikNan Design, a strategic studio partnering with brands that lead with purpose. With 13 years of experience, including 7 years in-house at Brinker International (the parent company of Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy) and 6 years running her own studio, Nikki brings a thoughtful, business-savvy approach to design.
Her work spans industries including hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, real estate, and consumer goods. She is especially passionate about helping values-aligned teams clarify their message and build brand consistency. Whether she’s building a brand from the ground up or creating design systems for a national conference, Nikki leads with empathy, strategy, and a deep commitment to meaningful design that works.

Karla Zamudio is a designer at NikNan Design, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project she touches. With 6 years of experience across packaging, branding, web, and digital design, she has worked on everything from product packaging and brand systems to websites, presentations, and large-scale environmental graphics.
Her background spans consumer products, freelance client work, and real estate, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how design shows up across physical, digital, and built environments. Karla is especially invested in helping bring each client’s vision to life, combining careful attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering her best work every time. Whether she’s collaborating with a developer on a website or designing packaging meant to stand out on the shelf, she approaches every project with care, creativity, and intention.
